Toilet facilities:
The sanitary facilities were outdated and barely usable. Of the four toilets, only one was functioning. For many children, these toilets are the only way they can use a toilet, as some families don't have one at home.

We installed new toilets including flushing, laid tiles, painted walls and installed two sinks so that the children can wash their hands, and installed new wooden doors:
The Kitchen:
Before they were cooking a meal, using a open fire in a room. To avoid standing in the smoke we build a stove including a chimney. Now they can cook properly without standing in the smoke and using less firewood for the cooking.
The Kitchen is providing food each day for all the children at the school.
An extra Classroom:
An extra classroom was needed. We provided the funding to get a door, windows and plastering, so that the school was able to use the classroom by the start of the school year.
Improve the pavement
the pavement was newly done and the school was painted on the outside.
new school banks were made for group 9. The oldest Children.
As the Government required that children from group 9 need to have a separate table and chair we made sure that 12 new sets were made. This was done by a local carpenter, so that people in the village also benefit from the work we do for the school
